Midfielder Christiana Ashiaku scored three goals in Ghana's heavy win over Cote d'Ivoire in the semifinal of the WAFU B U-17 Girls Cup on Thursday, December 19.
The Rootz Sistaz player grabbed her second hattrick of the competition as the Black Maidens claimed a 5-0 win at the Ghanaman Soccer Centre of Excellence in Prampram.

Ashiaku opened the scoring for Ghana in the 14th minute when she went on a solo run before slotting the ball into the left bottom corner to give the host nation the lead.
She doubled the lead three minutes later when she raced onto a long ball from Latifa Abesik before beating the goalkeeper once again, making it 3-0.
Ashiaku wrapped up her hattrick on the stroke of halftime, this time lobbing the ball over the onrushing goalkeeper to make it 3-0.
After the break, substitute Zipporah Ayantoya made it four when she blocked a clearance from the Ivorian defence which found its way into the net.
Seidatu Wahab scored a free kick in the 66th minute to wrap up the win with Ghana advancing to the final of the competition.
With a place in the final, the Black Maidens will face the winner of the game between Nigeria and Benin on Sunday, December 22.
