Ghanaian footballer, Hans Kwofie has died in a car accident.
The crash happened today at Dadwen in the Ashanti Region.
According to Ghanasoccer.net, the 35-year-old footballer was on his way to his hometown, Dompim Pepesa.
The one-time Golden Boot winner had been without a club since leaving Nepali side Birgunj United in February.
He is well-known for his stellar Ghana Premier League performance in 2017 when he emerged as the league’s top scorer with 17 goals for AshantiGold.
