Mohammed Kudus and David Moyes
Ghanaian midfielder Mohammed Kudus is set to work under a new manager at West Ham United next season after the club officially confirmed Julen Lopetegui's appointment as the club's new head coach.
The announcement marks Lopetegui's return to the English Premier League after his tenure with Wolverhampton Wanderers.
Taking over from David Moyes, Lopetegui is set to lead the team from the sidelines at The London Stadium starting from the 2024-2025 season.
Despite David Moyes guiding West Ham to victory in the UEFA Europa Conference League and qualifying for European competitions for three consecutive seasons, he has faced criticism over the team's recent performance.
Lopetegui boasts an impressive track record, having clinched the Europa League title with Sevilla in 2020 after his departure as Spain's national team coach ahead of the 2018 FIFA World Cup, following his agreement with Real Madrid.
Mohammed Kudus has become one of the best players for The Hammers, scoring seven goals and providing five assists in 31 league appearances.
The Ghanaian currently leads all players in Europe's top five leagues in completed dribbles, drawing attention from various clubs, including Chelsea and Manchester United.
