Ghana star, Mohammed Kudus, believes he has done enough in his first season with West Ham to announce his arrival in the Premier League, which he described as the best league in the world.
The 23-year-old has been a revelation for the Hammers since joining from Ajax last summer.
In addition to his memorable performances, Kudus has scored 13 goals in all competitions.
Seven of those goals came in the Premier League where has featured in 32 games, with six assists also credited to his name.
Also, Kudus scored five in nine Europa League games, with one goal coming in three EFL Cup games.
Assessing his first season in an interview with West Ham’s website, Kudus described it as good enough to announce his arrival in England.
“I followed my gut and dream to move here and believed I was ready. When I decided to make this move to the best league in the world, I knew I was ready to take that step and I wanted to test myself.
“There have been ups and downs throughout the season, but I know there are more ways to improve my game.
“I’ve definitely announced myself here and I am happy that it has gone in that direction for the first season.”
